Farmers’ Markets

If you get a chance to stop by one of our thriving local markets, take it! With fresh organic and homegrown  veggies, preserves, crafts, jewellery, clothing, soaps and other homemade goodies you will not be disappointed. If you’re lucky, you might even be treated to a live performance by some local musicians. On the Bruce Peninsula, there are presently two weekly outdoor markets:

Lion’s Head Farmers’ Market:

Celebrate Saturday mornings at the Lion’s Head Farmers’ Market. The market operates from 9 AM to 12 PM from May 16th to October 10th. Host to over Enjoy food, festivities and our beautiful beach venue at the Lion’s Head Beach Pavilion. Sample our local food and visit our craft vendors – each week offers something different.

Wiarton Farmers’ Market:

This weekly market convenes in downtown Wiarton from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Berford Street
